For those who do not have MSWord, the .rtf file should be viewable by most any wordprocessing program other than a plain text program.  If all else fails, just load the html file into your favorite browser and print it out.

In order to print the html webpage,  Setup the Page [File/Page Setup] in the browser to have NO margins
(top, bottom, left or right) and reduce the scale 80% to print it out on a single page.
